Introduction: Developing the training methods is suitable both for increasing staff awareness and relief organization productivity. So, the training contents should be based on personnel needs and organization goals. This research aims to study the view of Chahrmahal & Bakhtiari Red Crescent Society Personnel about short-term training courses in 2008.
Methods:The needed data are collected and analyzed by using questionnaires and descriptive statistic data.
Findings:About training courses, 50% of employees were satisfied, 35% believed it on the average and 15% evaluated the courses weak. About relief and first aids training 98% of personnel highly care of it and 2% evaluated it on the average. About performing the courses, 63% of employees suggested it by the research and education department as a separate deputy department, 28% proposed its activities under the relief deputy and 9% thought it should be done by other departments.
Conclusion:The results show that the mentioned courses were partly satisfied employees but it is necessary to improve the courses by giving better and effective strategies regarding to other staff point of views.
